The organisation is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).The pantry operates under an approved Constitution and complies with governance and reporting obligations under ASIC, the ACNC, and the Corporations Act.A Board of Directors provides oversight of compliance, financial accountability, and strategic direction.All funds are used to support charitable activities and community programs. No profits are distributed to members. In the event of winding up, remaining assets are transferred to a similar charitable organisation.
